I had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic Dominican restaurant recently, and I can’t stop thinking about the experience! The ambiance was lively yet cozy, perfect for a family dinner or a casual meal with friends. I started with the Tostones, which were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. For my main dish, I went for the Pollo Guisado. The chicken was incredibly tender and infused with so many delicious spices, it was truly a taste of home. The rice was fluffy, and the beans were a delightful complement to the meal. I was particularly impressed with the portions; they are generous without being overwhelming, ensuring you leave satisfied. One thing to note is that it can get quite busy during peak hours, so I suggest visiting during off-peak times if you can. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient, but with a full house, our food took a little longer to arrive than expected. However, the wait was absolutely worth it! I will definitely return to try more dishes, especially the desserts that others were raving about. This place is a hidden treasure!

It had the right amount of spices, and the meat was tender and succulent. I could have eaten an entire bowl on my own! My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a broader drink selection, especially non-alcoholic options, as I would have loved to try a refreshing juice to go with my meal.
